McCall – The McCall Mudhens took the first step toward claiming first place in the National League Wednesday night as they defeated the Westport Fleas in the first and last games of a three game set played at McCall Memorial Stadium. The first place team will receive an automatic birth in the NLCS.
The Hens’ face the Merrimack Owls next Wednesday night at Brisson Field to conclude their regular season.
