Boilers Champs of KCBQ

Boggstown BoilersBoggstown — A parade is planned for Boggstown as the city celebrates its KCBQ championship title and the Boilers are picking up the tab.

The organization restated Friday morning that they will pay for the celebration. Boggstown Mayor Clarence Clemons says the city is in a budget crunch but still plans a parade, with details to be announced later.

Police say no property damage or injuries were reported after fans crowded into downtown Boggstown streets following the Boilers’ 4-1 series win Monday night over the Merrimack Owls.

Boggstown police reported 14 arrests, including six for public intoxication, four for disorderly conduct and four people taken into custody on outstanding warrants.
